I’m excited to offer an alternative to the traditional pediatric healthcare model in Oklahoma!
If you're looking for a provider who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and get to know you and your child, you're in the right place. I deeply value building relationships with families and working together to optimize your child’s wellness. Here, you'll experience unhurried appointments and direct communication with me for all your needs—no other staff involved. Plus, there are no long waits in crowded lobbies, just focused, personalized care for your family.
I’m also honored to have been voted Best in Pediatric Care in Shawnee for 2024, 2025, and 2026!
My mission is to provide unparalleled, high-quality pediatric care that’s tailored to each child. Combining a functional medicine approach with conventional standards of care, I offer services for children from birth to 21 years old. I understand that every child is unique, and I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. That's why I offer both sick and well visits, as well as more in-depth functional medicine services for concerns such as autism, ADHD, anxiety, abdominal pain, depression, sleep, and behavior challenges. While I don’t prescribe stimulant medications, I do offer alternative or complementary therapies for managing ADHD symptoms.
I’m here to partner with you in your child’s journey to health and well-being, providing a truly individualized approach to care.
My practice operates on a direct-pay model and is not in-network with any insurance providers. This approach allows for a more personalized, efficient, and transparent healthcare experience—without the delays and restrictions often associated with insurance billing.
While I do not bill insurance directly, many plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network care. I are happy to provide you with the documentation needed to submit a claim for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to understand your out-of-network benefits.
You may also be able to use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to cover visit costs. Please check with your plan administrator for specific eligibility details.
Insurance may still be used for outside services such as laboratory testing, prescriptions, and imaging (e.g., X-rays). In addition, discounted cash pricing is available through DLO for select general lab work for patients without insurance.
For your convenience, I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions. No additional fee is charged for cash or check payments.
Returned Checks
Checks returned by the bank for any reason will be subject to a $30 returned check fee. Payment for the original amount owed, plus the returned check fee, will be required before additional services are provided.
*Immunizations are available - please contact me to coordinate prior to your child's appointment.
Wellness visits play an important role in your child's overall health. At wellness visits, growth, vital signs, and development are monitored. When keeping with the recommended schedule for wellness visits many potential problems can be caught and addressed early. Parental concerns and anticipatory guidance topics specific for your child's age are discussed. Recommended visits are at birth (in the hospital or birthing center/home) then as follows:
Evaluation and diagnostic testing for many acute symptoms such as ear infections, strep throat, flu, colds, urinary tract infections, abdominal pain and other illnesses are available.
Functional medicine looks for the root cause of disease and is designed to seek out, identify and correct root cause imbalances that affect a patient's health. I enjoy working with families to determine root causes of many common childhood challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, sleep problems, chronic constipation, and behavioral problems. I utilize functional lab testing such as urine organic acid testing, food sensitivity/allergy panels, mycotox testing, gut microbiome testing and folate receptor antibody testing. I am excited to now be offering Intellxx DNA testing as well!
Kids don't always get sick during office hours. My After-Hours Text Membership provides established families with direct access to me for non-emergency questions and guidance when the office is closed.
Members can send text messages after hours and receive a response, typically within 1–3 hours, between the end of the business day and 10:00 PM. Weekend availability is included, with limited availability on holidays.
This service is designed to provide peace of mind, help answer common health questions, and potentially reduce unnecessary urgent care or emergency room visits. It is not intended to replace emergency medical care or provide unlimited texting.
Membership is billed monthly using the credit or debit card on file. Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our office, you will be enrolled in the program and your monthly membership fee will begin automatically.

IntellxxDNA is a cutting-edge genetic reporting tool designed to provide meaningful, clinically relevant insights that go far beyond ancestry or surface-level genetic testing. Unlike one-time “snapshot” results, IntellxxDNA identifies genetic SNPs that influence how the body and brain function—offering a roadmap that helps guide personalized choices in health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
💡 While IntellxxDNA is an investment, the information it provides is applicable for the rest of your child’s life. Families often find it saves time, money, and stress by reducing trial-and-error, avoiding unnecessary tests or supplements, and offering clear direction. These results can be revisited at any stage of life to help navigate new challenges as they arise.
Clarity for Complex Pediatric Conditions
Designed especially for children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, ODD, PANS/PANDAS, environmentally acquired illness, or unexplained symptoms, this comprehensive report identifies genetic SNPs unique to your child that may be influencing their health and behavior.
Together, we’ll create a tailored plan—including nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and environmental supports—that addresses underlying genetic factors and promotes lasting wellness.
